KURTPREG is someone who is perpetually gestating
(All Kurts are hermaphrodites, so really any of them could be pregnant if they wanted to, but for others it's temporary, you know?)
Abilities: On his own is a pretty joe dude, but within the womb lies a Psychic "Butt Baby" who does the heavy lifting
Mechanics: Each time Butt Baby's power is activated, Kurt must give birth to him and afterward becomes incapacitated and unconcious as Butt Baby must absorb most of the energy in his body in order to nourish his incredibly powerful brain. Butt Baby remains eternally attached to Kurt by his umbilical cord, allowing him to return within the womb once he is done with whatever he's doing outside. Butt Baby and Kurt exist in symbiosis and could not live without the other present.
